Tall Ships - Portsmouth Harbor

As part of the Tall Ships Festival in Portsmouth, the Oliver Hazard Perry docked at the Commercial Fishing Pier. The visit was marked by stormy weather at times, which made for some dramatic images as it stayed in port. Shortly after its arrival, storm clouds rolled into the harbor areas near Pierce Island.
